I bought a new book today when I was out. It caught my attention and I think I am really going to enjoy it. I will put some of the notes here as I read and they will serve as conversation starters.
No single question asked by psychologists or psychiatrist gets minds working across the board than one about childhood memories.
Why? Because those answers provide a priceless glimpse past all the facades and defenses, straight into the core of who a person is, no matter if they are six years old or a CEO with a six figure income. They are a master key that unlocks all sorts of entries into what makes a person tick.
All the money in the world cant buy you what you can learn from your early childhood memories. Just like spending years trying to figure yourself out or fix yourself, you can never uncover what you can learn by exploring these memories.
The quest of finding true happiness and contentment. There are many views on finding these things. I am interested in gathering all those views and perspectives. I am also interested in helping those that have not found happiness and contentment.

Finding True Happiness
I believe that it is a quest of finding contentment. I have found in my lifetime that this is a very difficult thing to find. Once you have found it however, you recognize it but it can be difficult to keep and stay content.
It took me 50 years to find true happiness and contentment. I lived in many directions, came into contact with many people, had many experiences and tried many types of methods to find contentment to finally arrive where I am. Now, the quest is to remain in this place and to stay completely happy and contented.
What is happiness to you?
What is contentment to you?
How do you find these two things while you are living your life?
Are you really happy?
Are you content?
